Shipping Orders
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days after payment is processed, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase or if you receive an email notifying you of a delay. Any provided delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to order verification or the time of placement. Orders may also be delivered in separate shipments.

All purchases made on coolify.torraslife.com are subject to a shipping contract. This means the risk of loss and ownership of the items transfer to you once the carrier receives the shipment.

After placing an order on the TORRAS website, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from torraslife.com. Please ensure your email address is accurate.

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days (US regions) , 7-14 business days (Non-US regions)

Please note that we do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO and PO.Box addresses.

    Since power banks are classified as flammable and explosive items, due to transportation restrictions, they are usually shipped separately. Additionally, the shipping time may be longer compared to other items.

    Issues After Your Order Has Been Delivered

    If you experience any problems with your order, prompt notification and valid proof will help us resolve the issue quickly. Please contact our Customer Support Team within 3 business days of receiving your order, providing a detailed description of the issue and any relevant information.

    Common issues include:

    • Damaged items in the package.
    • Missing or incorrect items in your order.
    • Package marked as delivered by the courier, but not received.

    Delivery Address

    A complete and accurate delivery address is essential. Once an order is prepared for shipment or shipped, the address cannot be changed.

    If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you or your agent, we will contact you for correction, and the package can be reshipped for an additional shipping fee. Please ensure your order includes a daytime phone number.

    Occasionally, carriers return undeliverable packages to TORRAS. If this happens, please contact us to arrange reshipment.

    Currently, we do not deliver to the following locations:

    Import Taxes and Duties
    Some countries outside the United States may impose import taxes, duties, and other related customs fees, which are not included in the amount you pay us. These fees are charged and determined by the customs agency of the destination country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

    1. I ordered more than one item. Will they be shipped at the same time?
    We strive to ensure all items are delivered together. However, depending on the product, we may use different shipping options, so items may not always be shipped together. You will receive a shipping notification email once your items have shipped.

    2. Can I change my shipping address after my package has been shipped?

    We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Once the item has shipped, the address cannot be changed. If you notice an error with the address, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to update it before shipping. Please note, if the order has already been shipped, we cannot modify the address. If an order is canceled more than 24 hours after placing it, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs. If a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will bear the loss.

    3. What do I need to do if I receive a different product than what I ordered?
